Some of our rental spaces require the presence of an on-site concierge during the event.  Your concierge is your go-to person for coordinating any options booked through Oh! Space™, and also serves to ensure that party-goers do not misuse or abuse any of the locations furnishings, art, etc.  Event Conceirge is charged at the rate of $35.00 per hour.

We can arrange for professional security at your event in either plain-clothes or uniformed dress.   Security can patrol the outside perimeter of the space to ensure the security of guests' vehicles, and make periodic rounds within the event space according to your desires.   Security personnel can escort guests to vehicles if desired and ensure the safety and privacy of any high-profile guests at your event.

Greet your guests with uniformed and ticket-bearing valets.  You may pre-pay for your guests or for a nominal booking fee you may enlist this as a no-charge per car service to you with guests paying for their own parking services.

Provide a touch of class with a dedicated Coat-Check service.  Depending upon the nature of the space, our Coat Checkers will use on-site facility closets or will provide coat racks.  Check tickets are provided to each guest checking a garment. Garments are under the secure protection of coat check staff during the event.

Some of our rental spaces are equipped with freight elevators with manual gates which require the presence of a dedicated operator to ensure the safe and efficient transport of guests.   Operators ensure that the elevator is always waiting at the right floor for arriving and departing guests and the guests are not left waiting.   

Add a DJ to your event.   We can arrange for a DJ appropriate to you event's theme and musical tastes.   

At most of our venues, you are free to bring and serve your own libations as long as your event is not open to the general public and that you are not charging guests for either admission or refreshments.  However, if you will be serving alcohol to the general public or charging for your event or for refreshments that contain alcohol, you must engage a State-licensed bartender.    

Bartenders are compensated in a variety of ways that range from minimal expense to you where guests pay for their drinks (cash bar) to arrangements where you are charged for all consumed refreshments.   Discuss these options with your Oh! Space Booking Agent.

Decorate your event with "living art".   Oh! Space can find models and performance artists who will provide visual spectacle and entertainment for your guests in a wide variety of possibilities.

What is a rooftop party without a supply of telescopes, allowing your guests to survey the heavens and perhaps engage in a little scandalous spying about town.   Telescopes come with an attendant to ensure their protection and proper operation.     

When a sit-down catered meal is desired, we can arrange for  tables, chairs, linens, dishes, silver, and centerpieces for your guests' enjoyment.    We will work with your party planner and caterer to ensure thet the materials, colors, and ambience are suitable for your event theme.
